This is a comparison of the initial to final English translations for the LCC8 Relay's Ring 1, with the final translation by Tobias “Slorany” Fernandez.

Initial Text

The small girls came early to the hanging.
It was still dark when the first three or four of them sidled out of the hovels,
quiet as cats in their felt boots.
A thin layer of fresh snow covered the little town like a new coat of paint,
and theirs were the first footprints to blemish its perfect surface.

Final Text

Hidden in Snow

Listen!
He went away this morning. I stood behind a window of mine, looking at my shadow.
Listen!
They blocked the moonlight from themselves.
They had leather shoes that made small holes.
A cold wind started to blow.
The moon's small holes seemed windy.
Friend, I looked around with a fiery breath.
It sometimes snowed.
A painful memory merely remained.
With dexterity, he slowly started running with his feet, and became chaos nonetheless.
