Anoé (Anoé-Tuinelan: Anoé; Anoé-Tuillal: Anoé) is a conlang used in Ilien. Its name is alternatively transliterated as Anoej (this is standard when the character é is not available) or as Anoey. It is written, traditionally, using the various Anoé scripts.
History
Developed by Ȿereⱨ-Ɒnnçⱺjléten scholars in approximately -5410, replacing Ȿȿűnéaɠ. Superseded by Anóé, a derivative of it, 2203.125.
Grammar

There's one diacritic, the "alétven", which looks like a combining superscript lowercase φ (Greek phi). It indicates rhoticization of the vowel it's on top of. It can be used in any of the Anoé scripts, or with Latin letters. There are some words in the vocabulary list that include an "r" (which corresponds to the alejtven) but I think they were accidents; in the AnoeyFuturamerlincom typeface I recall I mostly used while developing the vocabulary, "r" is mapped to the same glyph as "e" (open e). I think I was probably imagining those words being pronounced as if with an English R, since they sound awfully funny rhoticized like an alejtven would do.
