Example cleanup
The example glosses are written using code blocks. That was the easiest cross-platform way I could render them with Pandoc. I think I want to make them actual tables, which is how Wikipedia et al. handle interlinear glosses.
Subpages
I've moved the appendix to two separate subpages, one for vocabulary and the other for the vowel pronunciation table. This will make the article a bit less scrolly.
