Tri-Regional Council

The Tri-Regional Council was the highest of the regional councils in the Republic of Tūsīco. It was the highest authority on all internal affairs of the republic. It was the step above the Fesian Council, the Nusian Council, and the Orein Council, and indeed combined the three councils together.
