The Second Caucasus Project was a collaborative conlang family building project of the League of Lost Languages. It was initiated by Jörg Rhiemeier in order to breathe new life into the League which had lost momentum, but with little success. The basic idea was that with the Alps being a mountain range in some ways similar to the Caucasus, they could be a similar hotbed of linguistic diversity. Thus, the Second Caucasus Project was aimed at the construction of Palaeo-Alpine lostlangs.

The Second Caucasus Project involved two families of Palaeo-Alpine languages, Eteonoric and Alpianic. With the demise of the League of Lost Languages, the Second Caucasus Project became defunct, though its initiator, Jörg Rhiemeier, considers reviving it as a personal project.
