Proto-Alpianic is the reconstructed common ancestor of the Alpianic languages, a branch of the Hesperic family, a family of diachronic conlangs by Jörg Rhiemeier.

The phoneme *l' probably was a velarized lateral /ł/; *r' probably was a uvular rhotic /ʀ/. *3, which was rare, probably was an unrounded velar approximant /ɰ/. *h, like *l', *r' and *3 an outcome of Drummond's Law, probably originally was velar, but all Alpianic languages that preserve it do so as a glottal fricative.
