Michael Everson

Michael Everson is, according to Wikipedia, a linguist, typesetter, script encoder and font designer. He is also an active member of CONLANG-L and AUXLANG-L, and has maintained the CSUR and proposed the addition of several conscripts (like Tengwar) to Unicode.
