Hi, WeepingElf! I apologize; the materials you are working from are a TERRIBLE mess and were always working notes rather than something intended for presentation. Robert Eaglestone, whose website you link to, deserves credit for preserving and editing them -- I frankly walked away from the project and would really prefer my name not attached to it, at this point!
