Nämty is one of the languages belonging to Alri language family. It stems directly from Proto-Alri, the family proto-language. It is spoken in the pre-classic period and becomes extinct before the classical period, without giving rise to any daughter language. It has an alphabetical script.

Typological structure

Nämty is a morphologically agglutinative language, with some additional fusional features.

The basic word order is essentially SOV (Subject-Object-Verb).
