Pre-Saami

Pre-Saami is a name for the unknown language spoken in Scandinavia before the spread of Indo-European and Uralic languages. It is conjectured that the Saami, who now speak a Uralic language, descend from the first humans to enter Scandinavia after the Scandinavian ice shield had melted. The language would probably a Paleo-Atlantic language.
